Customer Service has always been exceptional. As a new resident to the area, my financial institution is in another state. l walked into the my local branch in Perry, Fl to complete a "share branch" transaction. The tellers willingness to help me understand the process of bank to bank transactions via share branch made me feel comfortable in that moment. The transaction was smooth and seamless. As if I was physically standing in my local bank.
