I love San Antonio Bank once they got to know me I could open the front door and they say hi Mary how you doing what's up today and that would happen every day that I went in there they say my first name and everything and I'd be the only one in there and that went on for many years I never had a problem at all until all the new neighbors and buildings started showing up and now the little Bank can't serve everybody as best they can because they're small and the little post office also is a given get situation here I walk in the bank and then I see all these new faces waiting in line and I don't see anybody that I know and so there's a lot of building going on so we are going to have to build up our buildings to accommodate our new neighbors so please be patient with us neighbors and let me welcome you to the neighborhood

There is no other Credit Union around that cares about its members like SACFCU. I was looking to get a new Vehicle and Carie and Kaila were so helpful and professional. I won’t be banking anywhere else anytime soon! Keep up the amazing work!

Not the credit union we need, but apparently the one we deserve. I grew up in San Antonio, and my credit union was always a staple of the community. We knew everyone by name and they knew us...but times change. It's understandable, since San Antonio has become a largely unrecognizable suburb of Tampa, and in turn, the credit union has become a bureaucratic nightmare. Very recently, I sat in their lobby for 20 minutes while they tried to find a manager that was willing to approve the deposit of a cashier's check in my own account. Yes, you read that correctly, I had to get a manager's approval to deposit a cashier's check into my own account... I decided to leave this review after calling this morning to open a checking account. We found ourselves disconnected three times after waiting on hold for a combined 20 minutes. Then when we finally were able to speak with someone, it was a call center in MICHIGAN! After multiple calls and messages went unanswered, we called a national credit union that financed one of our cars. We had a checking account setup in 5 minutes. Why San Ann can't manage to even answer their own phones is beyond me. But the lack of call back or follow up is inexcusable. I've been an account holder for 30+ years, longer if you include my accounts as a teenager. But make no mistake, this is no longer the credit union your father told you to support. They're clearly too busy overseeing new construction on their executive offices to actually assist the members that pay their salaries. At this point I would sooner do business with a faceless national bank (where I know to expect poor service) than to delude myself into expecting anything better from San Antonio Credit Union.

Brand new building, brand new employees, brand new attitude of not caring. I've been trying to reach these people by phone for two weeks and it's always voicemail. THREE layers of voice menus and not a single human available. It's easier to reach a human at my mega-bank than at this credit union. Absolutely appalling.

3 days of trying to contact this branch by phone. I have a hard time believing they are so swamped that they can never answer the phone. No wonder their reviews are so bad. I have never dealt with lazier employees than banks. Yall get more time off than almost any other job and have the shortest work days. Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a bank.
