Had to visit the sunrise branch of priority one today, in order to deal with a fraud matter. To make a long story short, we met Sheila and she was an absolute angel. She was patient empathetic kind, and very informative. She took care of closing out the old account, opened a new account for us, and advise us on certificates of deposit. When we arrived, needless to say, we were very stressed, but when we left, thanks to Sheila, we were comfortable at the problem had been resolved, and our account and resources were safe. Thank you very much, Sheila, for your excellent assistance.

I am filing this complaint due to repeated poor customer service and what I believe may be fraudulent practices by this branch. Every month, I experience issues with my account that are never fully resolved. On May 27, 2025, I called the bank six times in a row and was repeatedly placed in the queue, only to be redirected to voicemail as I finally reached the first spot. I then called from a different number and was answered by a male representative who told me to call back using the number on file and hung up on me. When I called again, I spoke with Nadine, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve received. I strongly believe Nadine and the entire team are unfit to serve the public, and I am not the only one experiencing these issues. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of, and this needs to stop. I am demanding that someone from corporate contact me directly to address this matter and provide a resolution.

Disappointing customer service. Impolite staff. Ive been transferred to the incorrect departments for days now. Such a simple question and apparently there's no comprehension skills here. Take your business elsewhere

Nothing like having a transaction blocked at 5:05pm. They're closed. The website is useless. Leaving a voicemail served no purpose because the next day they didn't bother to call back!!

I have been banking with Priority One for over 20 plus years. I have had some good customer service and some mediocre service over the years. Today, I had the most amazing customer service ever! My entire experience from the moment she picked up the phone was exceptional. Juli took the time to listen and address my needs and concerns. Juli, thank you for listening without interruption, being so kind, and understanding. You were competent, proactive and you found the answers to my questions and concerns. I am indeed blown away by your professionalism and the human touch (over the phone) which created that connection; I felt seen and heard. Juli Desamours, my sincere gratitude!
