I just recently bought a new vehicle through Enterprise Car Sales and got financed through Champions First Credit Union and had the best car buying and finance experience ever. My loan originator Ramsey Schafer had a great personality and provided exceptional customer service. She was very professional and prompt, she respond back quickly to calls and emails. She provided financing options and she just got my paperwork completed and check mailed out to Enterprise quickly. Champions offered me the best financing rate better than the credit union I’ve been a member of over 20 years. I highly recommend getting finance through Champions First Credit Union.

Only reason for 3 stars is because of their automated text messaging system. I have tried reaching out multiple times throughout the past year and not once has anyone reached back out to me in any way at all. I dont understand why you would have a system in place if it doesnt accomplish what it was initially set out to do. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with someone at your bank. Never had this issue with Bank of America.

I recently had a horrible experience with this branch. I wish I hadgot the name of the teller! She is the only one I saw with lighter colored hair. It took nearly a month to receive my replacement debit card, that I had been charged $10 for. The bank by phone person said I should see it in the mail in about 7-10 days. It appears that it was supposed to be an instant issued card and the bank and certainly this particular teller really dropped the ball. I nearly closed my accounts!!! I plan to never go back to the North Monroe branch again!!! That teller needs to be let go, perhaps she could manage a job at the bank behind the scenes, because she doesn't treat humans well!!!

Jupiter was very professional and helpful with a mobile check deposit situation that never should have been an issue. I am a long time customer with cfcu and this situation will have me closing all of my accounts! They held my money even though it was immediately withdrawn from the other institution. Im not happy with that in the least!

I have a car loan through Champions First! I have been to the branch over 10 times to try and tell them that I need to get monthly statements in the mail so I know what my balance is on the car loan. I have yet to receive a statement and it’s been over 2 years! I guess I will have to either call the corporate office or the Better Business Bureau!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
