I'm writing this review during the merge of Envision Credit Union and the now current Addition Financial Credit Union. The communication details have been confusing concerning the usage of member debit cards and direct deposits requirements. What if someone will receive a refund or their tax return during the merge? I'm in the same situation as many with having to go into all of my connected accounts and change information into the updated account numbers but I would think that the new credit would have made this process easier by providing correct contact information for assistance and addressing the important questions. I called the number on the back of the debit card and got foreign connections instead of local assistance. I'm hoping this won't be the standard moving forward.

Merger has messed me alllll the way up. No debit card, no access to my accts. Verified my info for help via the 800 number and was told my info didn’t match but he asked me for everything but my birth certificate and dna. I went to the branch when it was supposed to be open and it was not, even the live teller was unavailable but that advise you to go to the branch- in have to work. Well today I’m closing my acct cause I have tried everything and I have been a member for 30+ years. ✌🏽

Ms. Quenemoen at the Downtown Branch was most helpful to me in navigating through the process of writing a Cashier’s Check in the most timely and professional way. She is a helpful individual, pleasant and cheerful in her dealings with others, and it is my pleasure to extend a 5-star rating to her.

Mrs. Hendrickson was very knowledgeable about as to what I needed. She explained everything to me in details, ask did I have any questions. She also explained to me how I can have a good credit score. Finally She also said, "keep up the good work and do your best.
