Genuinely the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I started my first CD through this bank when I was 16, haven’t left since. They’ve been incredible with helping me with several vehicle loans, and are always easy to talk to. I highly encourage this location over the others aswell.

Repossessed a friend's car after hours outside a fair. Leaving us stranded and no one to call and get information. Super scummy business practices. Terrible customer service.

Update: They claim to have a stress free Cardless ATM system. Yea right!!! Online says to enter your account number but when you get to the atm, the only option is your Phone Number, SSN, then the code they send to your phone. SOMEHOW none of my information works!!! I've been banking with this company for a decade & have had my number even longer BUT THE SYSTEM CANT FIND ME WITH MY CREDENTIALS!!! This whole bank just needs to go out of business or rethink their strategies cause this is just ridiculous! There's nothing about this bank that I can say that I like other than the conveinant location. This credit union is a joke! I've been with this company for YEARS & they don't offer any help when it comes to their members. Even if you're a member that RARELY contacts them, they still could care less about your loyalty. No one within the office can assist you past general questions. I've called a few times to get help and get told new things each time. This is a money hungry company. You either get charged $33 as a "courtesy" or get charged $33 for having ach payments. You also can only get help with charge backs once a year unless it's a "bank error". It doesn't even matter if the merchant refunds you your money. You still have to pay $33 per transaction for being a FCCU member. Also!!! The ialerts never works. You check your account to see so many "courtesy" payments. I've decided to cancel my membership and move on to a better credit union that actually values their members.

I used to love First Commerce but as of recently, the service there has not been good at all. I came in trying to cash a check & the teller & manager Don gave me such a hard time. They were trying to place a 7 day hold on my check even though the system didn’t recommend a hold. The manager Don basically told me even though he has seen checks like the one I presented before, that he was still going to place a hold on it. When I talked with customer service they stated that it’s the managers discretion & he chose to place a hold on it, simply because he can. He told me no right off the bat & I had to ask him to call & verify it with the maker because it’s a good check & he knew it was a good check because he stated that he’s seen them before! I wonder if l was white if it would’ve been a different story. My account was in great standing & had over $2K combined. You would think that after banking with someone for almost 10 years that you would get better service than that. I waited almost 30 minutes for nothing. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything! Not to mention, every time I go to the atm on the weekend, it’s not taking deposits! Pull your atm deposits people! Do better First Commerce! Highly disappointed!!!

First Commerce is a great bank to be a part of. They have always been very helpful for me and I appreciate being able to see Vincent for my teller needs. He is always a great help as well as the other members in the bank. I enjoy how It is a credit union vs a standard bank because I feel like they give back to us more!
