I'm not a member but I take my mom to so her banking. Usually I stay in the car but this day mom was a little off with her balance so I walked her in the first thing she said was oh good my girl Tammie is working. Tammie is very patient with her and knows what she wants and how. It's wonderful how Tammie takes care of the elderly. Tammie has a beautiful personality.

Samantha Olsen (Branch Manager) is absolutely amazing. This lady is always so willing to go out of her way to help me and my family. I have been a member since 1988 and there's been several times over the years that I have considered leaving, but because of Samantha we are happy yet again. It's hard to get people to help. Many many phone calls and sitting on hold can be so frustrating. But all I do is call her and within minutes she has everything sorted out and helps with whatever is needed. So grateful she is there. Her knowledge is impeccable, and in the rare case she doesn't know something she's willing to find out and return my phone call. You guys have a good one in her. Don't let her go. I truly hope management sees this and knows how lucky they are to have her working there. As a client I know!
