Been/was a member for 9 years. A few months ago I had my debit card information stolen. So I cancelled the card. So I asked them to send me a new one. I also asked them to suspend any transactions on this account until I got the new card. They did not suspend the account and the account got over drafted. With no way to use the account because they kept sending my debit card to an old address. Finally they reached out to me and got me a card sent. After over drafting the account and charging me 70$ in late fees. They then closed my account so I had no way to get more money into the account to get the payments made. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this credit union. The auto loan rates are trash, and the one good thing (the credit card) is now unusable because the account i have is closed. It's also still accruing interest with no way for me to get money into an account. All I can do is mail them checks now. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I have been a member for over 30 years. PowerNet is the only bank I have done business with that treats you like a person and not just a number. My father RIP was a member over 50 years and that’s how I became a member

My experience here has always been positive. Staff members are always extremely helpful and friendly. You're greeted when you walk in the door. And if you're a regular they know you and treat you like your a friend. My father has banked here since I was little and they are great with kids and animals too. They have lollipops for kids and doggie treats for the dogs that come through drive thru. The bank is extremely clean. Location is odd and only has 1 way in and out but not going to take any stars away beyond that.
