Worst bank I've ever had to work with. I've had my account compromised, had them be of zero assistance when I needed to change my auto payment information, unable to process my payments over the phone without additional fees, unable to pay off my small credit card with them online, and unable to have anyone help me without my member ID- but they also won't give you the member ID unless they mail it or you go in person. I was out of state handling the back-to-back deaths of my parents and Suncoast is the only creditor who gave me issues while I was traveling, now negativity impacting my credit score. I'm trying to just pay this so I can close it and never come back, but this bank makes it damn near impossible to give them your money. Update: 3 months later. I paid off my account with Suncoast and immediately asked them to close all of my accounts. They failed to do that and some small auto charge went onto that account a month after I requested they close it. I had acknowledgments from them that my account was closed so I stopped looking at it. Now they've hit me with late fees over a $10 charge on an account I thought was closed. I requested a reversal of the late charge with zero response. Zeroed out my account AGAIN and still waiting for them to close it before something else happens. Stop making extra work and extra fees for your customers!

I hate this place because you can never reach anyone! What is the sense of having branches if you cannot call them! I have car loan that's going to be late because of this! I wish they had never taken my car loan when I purchased the car and now I'm going to find somewhere else to refinance it where people actually "ANSWER" the phone locally!!! This is the reason I left Suncoast years ago to begin with! There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION options whatsoever with these people except for a damn call center who have people who can't comprehend what you are talking about!!! DON'T GET YOUR CAR LOAN THROUGH THIS BANK/CREDIT UNION... they are totally useless!

BEEARE!!!!this bank is unbelievable! I was a member of crunch fitness in Sarasota university they took my credit card off another contract, and started a personal training contract and charge my account $438 so I contacted Suncoast fraud department gave all the information I needed had a copy of the fraudulent contract signed SOE whatever that means. And even though my signature is not on this contract, they sent my money back to crunch fitness. Now I have to go through the law and file charges against crunch Fit for theft when all I wanted was my money back.. Crunch fitness is another story. They are crooks committed fraud against me, but you think this bank Suncoast would’ve had my back.. NOPE So I switched banks and I’ll fight them from the outside where they can’t touch my money.

Suncoast has always been there for us. We have had many loans over the years and always got the best rate in town from them. We don't even shop around any more. Keep up the great work.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! The most disrespectful employees I've ever done business with. Its a long story and they know exactly what they are doing. They locked my account and a friend of mine who is incarcerated and is needing his money to eat and to get out of jail And they keep telling him to come into a branch smh. This place is a JOKE
