Absolutely terrible bank. Highly wouldn't recommend. Some of the bankers have a terrible attitude and raise their voices at you. TOO MANY HIDDEN FEES and some they call courtesy pay isn't so courteous. It wasn't even fully detailed. Once you open your account, so be careful. And ask about it, cuz, you may be missing out money and the best they can do is say, oh well. Or threaten to take you to court... if I could do half a star, I would. Stay far from here.

Tampa postal is just terrible, my account was overdrawn by one cent and they charged me $29.00 . I put money in the account when I show it was one cent overdrawn. They said sorry can't help you. Just plain greed. I will be closing my account. This is not the first bad experience I've had with them.

I needed to deposit some funds into my account as well as other transactions, so as i come to the entrance, you will need to be buzzed in. Once you enter the lobby area, it is clean, pleasant, and quiet. There is an area for you to use to prep your business with the Credit Union. Then once you get in line which is not too long on most days, you are greeted professionally by a teller to assist you. I always enjoy my dealings with the Cedit Union as well taking some to actually enter the facility as such, I hope you will too.

I had accounts with TPCU for 12 year. I purchased two insurance policies through them with premiums coming straight out of my checking. Some months they deducted extra premiums with a single month resulting in overdraft charges. I never knew when this would happen. The online banking was confusing and difficult to use compared to my other banks. Automatic payments made from checking were a nightmare to cancel. Customer service was difficult to work with and gave me conflicting information. Loan rates were high even with good credit. Finally fed up with them and closed my account.

Very unprofessional. They will tell other members your personal business.
