⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love FiCare Federal Credit Union! The #1 thing that stands out to me is that they truly know you as a member, not just a number. That personal connection makes a huge difference. When you call, you can actually reach a real person on the phone and have a normal conversation with someone who genuinely wants to help. That level of service is rare these days, and it’s one of the reasons I value being a member here. Ficare has been one of the most helpful and fair financial institutions that I have worked with. The loans are tailored to you and your needs and they have many benefits to utilizing their checking accounts. I don’t really ever do reviews but the service that was provided in this credit union deserves its flowers.

Poor communication from staff. I had to follow up with phone calls and emails to get updates on a loan application. The staff fell short of my expectations and didn’t seem interested in getting business done

I been a member of Fi-Care for about 4 years now and I always have good customer service but no one better than Suzzette I talked to her on the phone one time and since that day she made my life easier, she has helped me with my personal loan and I cannot thank her enough for her great service, she is a great listener, she goes above and beyond, very professional. I really appreciate Suzzette and her supervisor that they take the time to review everything and anything before giving you information and really try to help their community. I never been disappointed of Fi-Care and with Suzzete and her supervisor makes it way better., and is why I give a 5 star Thank you Suzzette, Supervisor and Fi-Care.

Having to sign a letter and a 14-day hold for a renters check is ridiculous. I've been a member for years and I've never felt so low. Ficare please educate your staff and Reanna on eChecks. I've never had an issue anywhere else.
