What an outstanding experience I had with this credit union! I was getting a used car loan and not only did they have the best rates I could find. They had a couple of optional incentives that were easy and hard to pass up, which I did not. I was dealing with Julie, who I believe is a manager or the West Palm Beach branch,and I must say what a joy! I have never done an auto loan with a credit union, so I was somewhat new to the process and nervous as I knew I would have many questions. Julie literally walked me through every step of the entire process and answered every single one of my questions of which there were a lot! Not only was she easy to get a hold of, but she always got back to me very quickly her knowledge and expertise gave me 100% confidence that I was dealing with quality. I will definitely use first choice credit union in the future and I hope that Julie and her coworkers can see how appreciative we are!!!

What an awful experience today with a young lady who is cute but has a very nasty attitude toward a customer. Her name is Dailyn she is the front desk person. Please review the video between 11 a.m.and 11:45 a.m. of how she pointed to the sign as if I could not read telling me to go to the drive through, when I was trying to inform her about the account that I was working with. So embarrassing in front of other people.She has no personality and she does not need to be there to greet customers. Once our family has everything situated. We will be closing our account.

I've been a member here for 26 years. By far, the friendliest person working there is Karen Tellen. She is courteous, friendly & very professional.

By far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get help, only to get nowhere. They closed my account without any prior notice or any issue on my end, and when I asked for an explanation, they refused to give me a real reason. Don’t get this bank.

I've been a member at FCCU for over 30 years and have never had a situation that they couldn't assist me with, they have always been very professional as well as being very polite, I've dealt directly with Mike Welte and Yordi in the past where I was desperately needing financial assistance and they worked it out for me, I'm more than satisfied with their services
