The worst financial experience I’ve ever had. What should have taken a couple of days dragged out to two weeks. Repeated requests for previously provided documentation, repeated contradictory policy statements. Very poor communication only via email. In short: gross incompetence. I cancelled my application in frustration and disgust

I visited the Guardian Credit Union today in West Palm Beach and had the best customer service experience ever from a bank. I needed to replace my debit card and received assistance from a representative named Hyacinth. She was extremely helpful and patient despite the system issues that kept occurring and was determined to get it fixed. This is why we are customers for the last 35yrs and now for a lifetime.
