The only credit union I’ve ever experienced where you have to wait until the end of the 5th day of the month to receive your bank statement. My debit card was deactivated because I didn’t make a loan payment after 5 days(including the weekend) due to the an additional amount being placed on my loan & no clarity after 4 month. I would expect something like this after 30 days but then again restricting access to MY money I have in your credit union is CRAZY. Imagine going out to dinner and you can’t use your debit card to pay because your bank deactivated it. IT WAS EMBARRASSING! I have had the loan with the bank since November 2023 and have ALWAYS made my payments if not early on time. In April 2024 they started requesting new documents and added an additional $1375 to my loan because they didn’t get all the proper documents prior to giving me the loan and we have been in limbo ever since. The tellers are as helpful as they can be but they are only allowed to do but so much. Everyone from the loan officer to the COO are saying something different in regards to the loan. I’ve been told 3 times that everything requested has been provided, but there’s still this additional amount of money on my loan that I’m expected to pay. It’s sickening that a credit union would do this to you. I went and made 2 payments (current and next month’s payment) after the deactivation of my card and they turned my card back on! Lol, so crazy too me. It’s like I can’t trust this credit union with my money. They’ll literally do whatever they want with your money.

We have been members of BOND for over 15 years and have always been impressed with the level of service extended to us. We have financed several cars, taken out a HELOC on our residence, carry their credit card in our wallet and have been extended several personal loans during the past 15 years. If you're looking for a personalized "one stop" credit union, BOND is the place to go. We can't say enough good things about the entire staff at BOND. Thank you for 15+ wonderful years of great service!

I've been banking here for over 12 years. I think I recall them making a mistake once, but maybe I'm mis-remembering...pretty great track record. The tellers are not overly enthusiastic, excited cheerleaders for The Corporation, but rather normal human beings who treat you with professionalism; I don't like false friendliness. When I incur a fee for services on rare occasions, it's always much lower than a Bank and quite reasonable. I've taken out several loans and always enjoyed speaking with the loan officer, who appears to be actually interested in my welfare. I would absolutely recommend this bank to anyone without hesitation.

I bought one $50 share to open an account here when i was looking into getting a auto loan. You absolutely cannot leave money here long term, the fees for inactivity have wiped out my balance after one year. Talk about bail-in...

This is the most unfriendly and incompetent group of bankers I have dealt with. They are not friendly they are not fast and they obviously care little for their jobs. You will wait in line as one teller works and three others chat and listen to their "boombox" I wish this was not a joke. Initially my debit card did not work. It was corrected after about an hour of effort on my part. A month later it stopped working again. Every transaction I tried to conduct ran into some kind of problem. Make sure you have time to fill out paperwork for the most basic transactions. Never stop here if you are in a hurry to do something else.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
