I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Shawanda Pittman, Loan Manager at CUATL main office for her over the top outstanding customer service, care and support given today with handling my loan. Shawanda was great and very knowledgeable along with being patience as she navigated through the process to a favorable outcome. I have financed all my loans through this CU and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Shawanda for any and all of your loans needs. Kellissa was simply great! She made it a one stop shop! very professional her level of expertise and and CAN DO attitude exceeded all expectations! and Tamara is always a helpful too. Ms. Morton assisted as well helping to complete the process and Terri was just a beacon of light, no nonsense. Professional, knowledgeable, she’s definitely excelled in her capacity! AMAZING customer service that goes along way in todays climate. They quickly assessed my needs, got me in and out and did it all with a smile and even wished me a happy birthday! Absolutely above and beyond. They are definitely an ASSET to the company amazing people to do business with. Hats off and well done!

My experience was excellent!!! I highly recommend this credit union. Mr. Blanfort was the best and he made sure that everything was taking care of. Kellissa was very professional and helpful to get me into my car. They treated me like family and I’m definitely will be recommending all my family and friends
