I LOVE Delta Community, I've banked here personally for my entire life. This year I became a business owner and not really sure how to go about creating a business bank account. Delta Community made it incredibly easy with their LLC Business Banking Checklist. I visited this branch just to make sure everything was correct, when I met Jakobi. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, reviewed my documents in real time right in front of me to make sure I had everything that was needed, and found that one page was missing! He let me know and I was able to run home and get that additional page before he formally submitted my documents to the next department and helped me avoid total disaster and delays with my business bank account. Because of Jakobi's attention to detail I was able to get approved the next day. Everyone I've dealt with at DCCU have always been professional and helpful, but Jakobi has stood out to me as a real MVP on their team! I'll be a member for life!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delta Community Credit Union – Peachtree Street Branch ★★★★★ I don’t normally bank at this location (my usual branch is a little farther away), but I happened to be in Midtown today and decided to pop in on a whim. I’m genuinely shocked this branch has a low rating on Google, because my experience was outstanding from the second I walked through the door. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm “Welcome” before I even made it past the foyer. The tellers actually stood up from their stations and asked if they could help me. Even the security guard was incredibly friendly — he held the door for every single person coming in or out and greeted everyone with a smile and a “Have a great day!” The transaction I needed was handled quickly, professionally, and everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be there. The branch itself was clean, bright, and felt very welcoming. I have no idea why the online reviews are so low — maybe people are reviewing the wrong location or had one-off bad days. If you’re in the area and need to do in-person banking, give this Peachtree Street branch a chance. My visit today was easily one of the best in-branch experiences I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!

Overall satisfied with the bank, but I'm at the ATM to withdraw cash. I need for a cash only payment tomorrow before the bank opens, and it's out of order. Black screen. Next closest is half an hour away. I'm reading reviews and see there's been a lot of issues with this ATM. They should fix or replace it.

I went to the Buckhead location on the 6th of Feb to make a deposit into the ATL, their machine was down so I had to drive all the way to the Brookhaven location to do so. I deposit cash into the ATM and the machine shuts off, not returning my money nor reflecting my deposit in my account. Conveniently a maintenance guy comes from the back office and apologizes stating he didn’t realize they were clients at the ATM and they turned the machine off for maintenance. The teller at the bank credited my account 80% of my deposit, but I’m still waiting on the other percent which takes up to 10 days. I was told as they have to do a dispute To verify that cash was actually deposited and needing to be credited. I was extremely disappointed at the . I have a hard time understanding why they cannot roll back the cameras at the time and date of the transaction. Needless to say, I’m still waiting on the rest of my deposit to Be credited to my account. I have nothing but great experiences with this bank so to have this happen was really discouraging and inconvenient.

In October 2025, my son set out to purchase his new truck. The pre-approval process with DCCU was easy. It was only once we started dealing with an online dealer did we encounter issues. Thankfully, we were connected to Leslie Dixon who graciously assisted us through the process despite the 'tight time frames' given by the dealer. When that fell through, Leslie continued to help us through the car buying process. In today's world, it's hard to find true Customer Service. Leslie stood by her promise to assist, made herself available despite her meetings and went over and beyond to complete our loan process. A million thank you's to Leslie for everything.
