They've helped me several times with their products and services. Their attitudes are irrelevant to me because my focus is on what I need. Every place has it's issues and mishaps but I definitely like and recommend them. They're doing the best they can, my word of advice is when it comes to financial agreements, please read all the fine print carefully so there won't be any negative surprises or misunderstandings and that's really with anything. I had to learn that the hard way myself. 🙏🏾

Very upsetting experience! I was pre approved for a certain amount of money to purchase a car, I was able to find a car that I truly loved, I was then told I was not able to use the pre approved amount, I was told I would have to put down a down payment. If they were not able to guarantee me the car and the amount for the loan they should not have ran the credit! Customer service/ Manager Lori was not helpful. The whole experience was very Chaotic. They hire staff who do not know their doing, giving false numbers and false hope and they are not thorough with their information. This company is a scam!!!!!

For the past few years, I've been receiving mail addressed to a previous resident at this address. I called the credit union twice and spoke with different representatives, explaining the situation each time. Unfortunately, I continued to receive mails addressed to the previous resident after those calls. This ongoing issue has caused me concern about the accuracy of their records and the level of customer service.

I’ve been a member at the Northside federal credit union for over 18 years and have never had a bad experience over that time period. All employees have been very courteous, kind and prompt with all of my interactions over the years.
