I recently purchased a vehicle and the loan process with On the Grid Financial was seamless. It began with the pre approval process. I answered a few questions and within minutes I was approved. Derrick, the loan officer, addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was very patient with me as I had not purchased a new vehicle in several years. He was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. The entire process from pre approval to driving off the lot took three days! I would definitely use them again for my financial needs. Thanks, OTGF!!

I went to the credit union office and was asked why did I come in (That they are virtual now). Very less than personal experience as a 25 year credit union member of On The Grid Financial. I spoke to a loan officer which advised that I had to leave and call on the phone so she could take my request. The loan officer advised that she would call or email me back in 2/3 hours but I had to call back the next afternoon to get an update. When a car dealer or bank treats you more like a member owner that is a problem. They are just no longer by members for members and have removed the people helping people Motto. Very sad, I hope this post gets you better personal service.

Spoke with Haley this morning about my account being frozen over the weekend and she was extremely short with me, rude and condescending. Not something I feel I should have to put up with, especially having been a client at this bank for 22 years.

We have been with On The Grid Financial previously Georgia Power CU since 1998. We've enjoyed a wonderful relationship with them. I purchased my first car with then Georgia Power CU and our family has never regretted leaving the "big banks" for a smaller one.
