I just recently joined this credit union about a month and a half ago. So far I am loving everything about it. Mrs. Kymyatta Jones was so sweet and very helpful in answering me and my mom’s questions. She even upgraded my regular checking account to a high rewards because I was missing out on the perks!! I also got approved for their visa perks credit card. Honestly if you’re looking for a credit union who cares about their customers, I’d recommend LGE credit union!

Terrific people and service! Naomi Davis, in particular, has been so helpful and knowledgeable as I've had to take over my mother's finances. She has navigated me through so many twists and turns. If I were still based in Atlanta, I would move all my banking here.

Exceptional service from Ms. Enjoli Lauderdale I was initially very nervous about applying for an auto loan, but Ms. Enjoli immediately put me at ease. She approached me in a friendly manner, quickly building rapport and making me feel comfortable. Working with her to secure my auto loan was an absolute pleasure. Though the process itself was not simple, Ms Enjoli made it feel easy. I was initially denied the loan and was about to leave, feeling embarrassed. However, Ms Enjoli stop me. She went above and beyond, not only explaining the reason for the denial but actively helping me get approved. She even took the time to discuss a budget strategy to help me prevent similar issues in the future. I want to express my sincere gratitude and give a huge thank you to Ms. Enjoli for her remarkable kindness and commitment.

I’ve banked with LGE since September. Switched from Navy Federal to them as my main bank. Absolutely perfect. This location is the closest to me and by far has created this best banking experience. Always warm and friendly, very helpful and feels familiar. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or at uneasy, not to mention there are people that look like me. Can’t ask for more! Representation DOES matter. Great customer service matters and they check all the boxes. Especially Enjoli and the Branch manager. I am always happy to see them and confident they can assist me with any issue.

Kym Jones, provided me with excellent service!! She was very patient, kind and helpful. She walked me through every step including credit bureau account temporary lift. I walked out with a check to payoff debt balance to Capital One and a LGE Platinum Credit Card. Thank you Kym!!!
