The customer service is pretty good for the most part however, I do have an issue with how I cannot use the drive-through because I am not a member of Members First Credit Union I am a member of Justice Federal credit Union. The issue is that I have very bad arthritis in both of my knees and it would be a great help if I were able to actually use the drive-through. there have been a couple of occasions when I’ve tried to use it only to be turned away because I’m not a member. I don’t understand that.no one else is at the drive-through. so why not go ahead and help me .this makes no sense and only serves to make my day much more difficult. You should change this policy.

I hate this bank so much they have screwed me over several times with their incompetence have no locations or ATMs available for real terrible member services representatives and been hurting me and my finances more than helping. 0 stars. Going to Navy Federal.

They turned all the money in my account over to the government and claimed it was "abandoned."
