Everytime I do business with GeoVista they never disappoint. This most recent experience was with Brittany in the loan department. She was so patient and informative that I felt compelled to leave A review. I would also like to mention Kathy that handles all my wire transfers for me. Just top notch service across the board even when going through an entire system update.

I received a text from a hacker called my bank and Crystal L ex6003 help me with all my questions. She took the time and patience to take care of my problems. If her boss is reading this she needs a raise for her Pleasant work for taken good care of Geovista Account holders. Thank u crystal L for your work

I’ve been a member for 4 or 5 years now. The staff is always helpful. I recommend Sasha Terry as being the most helpful person I’ve dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable, and doesn’t quit working till any issue I have is resolved. I can’t tell you how important that makes me feel. Top notch!

People are nice, but their loan payment system is awful. I have had a car loan with them for a few years and they've changed their system 2 or 3 times. The system doesn't save my payment information so I have to re-enter it each time. And recently, they changed their new system again and it's awful. You have to login to one system to make payment, but it doesn't give you any information. It doesn't tell you how much is due or your due date, and of course it doesn't save your information. And you can't even schedule a payment for a future date. If you want to find out your balance, current amount due, due date, etc, you have to login to a different system. It's rediculous. I would never recommend anyone getting a loan from here, because who has time for this? Edited my review from 1 star to 3, because their people are genuinely nice and so friendly. Their system is still awful though. But I think it's only fair to give credit where credit is due.
