Wish I never joined this bank. Every day is an ongoing problem. Can’t never get a hold of them because they’re on a two hour lunch or always on the phone with someone else so they never have time to Address you concerns They are half open on the weekend and Friday terrible place will be changing and never coming back again, on top of all of that, Expect not to be able to connect your bank account with anything terrible bank. I swear I’ll never be here again. I will be closing this account. Never do I recommend this place to anybody

Imagine grocery shopping, and you go to pay for your grocery, but your card is declined, because the BANK card system is down. How embarrassing is that when you have a line behind you, you have money in the bank but card system from the bank is down, at least the bank could have sent out an text or email message to let clients know that the system is temporarily down, and save us the time from being embarrassed. This is why ppl don't put all there money in a bank.

This bank is terrible, they ignore phone calls and do not return calls when you leave a message. I called 8 times just to have someone pickup and hang up on me at 3:45 pm.I will be leaving this bank ASAP! There are other banks that are better than this one!
