She was immediately eager to answer all questions and concerns we had through our first home loan process. She was so kind and helpful with explaining every detail we needed to know as well. My husband and I absolutely love Interstate Credit Union. Every staff member is phenomenal, but I always ask for Roslyn Daniels when I visit. She is extremely professional, has a wonderful personality, and consistently makes every transaction smooth and efficient. She is quick, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her for any of your banking needs.

I would like to say thank you to all the ladies at interstate credit union. A special thank you to Linda Tharp, Lisa Pierce and Melanie Vaughn, these ladies alway go above and beyond to help each of us. The personal service is amazing. Love my bank it will make banking easier. They have went way out of their way to help me keep everything straight. Plus they will explain everything so you can understand everything. They are some awesome people very helpful friendly people. The best bank in Jesup ga.

My relative has been a member with this banking institution for over 25 years. When an issue arose and she needed to speak with the banking manager, she called numerous times and was only instructed to leave a voicemail. None of her phone calls were returned and she was told constantly that the manager was in meetings every day she called. This is unacceptable.
