I used to love my account but recently have ran into issues. I’m told I can’t pull out more than $500, then I have a charge coming out I do not authorize and they say “well if it’s under $25 it’s not something we normally do anything avout” so they don’t care about you being charged. I can never get ahold of the branch on the phone. All around , I’m working on canceling my account

I was seeking a replacement ATM card. The Customer Service Representative was friendly, approachable and professional in our interaction. The process was done quickly and efficiently. The office was clean and calming! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Rochelle at the Lawrenceville location on Pike Street couldn’t have been any more unpleasant. Made me feel like I was a burden as a customer. She could use some personnel skills training.

What is the purpose of that ATM machine outside when it never works???? I got up earlier today and went there before work and it doesn’t work! I can’t deposit money in it. This happens a lot on the weekend too. If my account gets overdrawn, you all will reimburse me.
