Reviewed by Icy Elbert: I've noticed over time this bank has rude customer service. They will not respond to messages. But they will send you an email about getting a refinanced loan once they done scoped out what's coming out your account (Nosey Roseys). I wouldn't give them the pleasure even at a reduced rate how terrible the service can be. One personal experience I encountered was when a teller was blirting out how much my check was. There is no confidentiality/HIPPA in place. Like one reviewer stated no there is no overdraft protection. They want you to pay for it. I had said last year I was changing banks. I need to make that official. The 1 star is because I can't give 0 and it goes to the workers that are professional and kind.

Worst customer service that I ever had to deal with at a bank. Never really that busy, but workers walk around doing nothing. They see you sitting and ask if you need any help. Horrible experience every time I walk through the door.

Poor excuse of a bank. Free checking and overdraft protection as well as customer service is a joke.

I've been with this company for about 2 years & I was happy until last month. I woke up to a wiped out checking account which had over $2000 & not once was I notified or sent any alerts through my email or anything pertaining to suspicious activity on my account.I've filed a dispute, I keep getting the same answer, we'll call you back & provisional money which is not mine, now they telling me Visa has to decide whether my money gets put back, this should not have happened, I know banks that will contact you if you're spending to much & freeze your account, I went in & while sitting there the thief who stole my info was making a purchase & the bank manager was letting me know this was happening, I told her to stop the transaction, she said she couldn't do anything until it posted, I want my hard earned money back, I've retired & started working as a substitute teacher part time & this thief spent all my money I earned for this year from my account. I understand in today's society some people go through extreme measures to scam and make false fraud claims but that is certainly not me. Hopefully this review can get me some closure or can escalate my case to the right personnel and at the very least warn potential customers & put some better safety measures in place so customers can at least feel some sense of security. Update, I thank God my case was settled & my money was placed back in my account.
