I have been an Excel Federal Credit Union member for a few decades, so you might say this review is overdue! I am finally writing it because of the outstanding service from Shonda on my last car loan. She was prompt, professional, and a delight to work with. Shonda answered all of my questions patiently, repeatedly, and promptly. She exudes a genuine joy in helping her credit union members get what they need at a great rate. Excel Federal Credit Union has always exceeded my expectations, as they have done recently. Thank you, Shonda and Excel FCU, for outstanding service to your members.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Excel Federal Credit Union, especially the outstanding service I received from Troy and Shonda. I recently needed an auto loan, and they went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free. I have been a customer with Excel FCU for 34 years. Their customer service is impeccable. Lisa and Evelyn both have gone out of their way to make my banking experience a very pleasant one. I financed my vehicle through them and got a great rate and my purchase was seamless. I will forever be a customer!

Gerry (or Jerry) was EXTREMELY helpful and supportive of my urgent need for a payment arrangement for my car loan. He was very kind and had exceptional customer service as he informed me of an opportunity that EFCU offered and I was unaware of. Because of his impeccable customer service, I have breathing room to rearrange something things to get back on track! Thank you Gerry! You’re a winner and deserve a raise!😊
