Dana is the best. Super kind, understanding and efficient. She deserves a raise 1000% as people like her are the reason I will stay with this credit union in the future. Great bank and great people at this branch specifically!

I have not had a good experience at this location yet. I've been here a few times. The first time a few years ago to get a camper loan after already starting the loan the loan officer ended up sending me to the Thompson Bridge location. I'm glad she did they seemed much friendlier and courteous. The second time was to make some adjustments to the loan a few months later and there wasn't even a loan officer working that day so I went to Thompson Bridge where they helped me right away. The most recent one was yesterday where I tried to get a car loan and they said they were backed up to much with Christmas loans to even talk to me. Asked about a time frame and they said they couldn't give me one. I needed to get a car I feel like that was a little more important then a Christmas loan its not even December yet they had plenty of time for that and it's not even the week of Black Friday yet. So once again I went to Thompson Bridge where once again they helped me right away. I was able to get my car even though I imagine they are doing Christmas loans too. I'll just go there from now on even though its a little out of my way because they actually help me.

They suck no 2 early pay and the debit card has no tap. It's 2026 get with the times. You say you are a small bank but you will be quick to pull that $35 over draft fee out.

This morning, I went into the Oakwood Location of Lanier Federal Credit Union and was reminded why I came here in the first place. Simply, I feel at home .

Lanier Federal credit union is by far,, the Absolute best financial institution around!! I've been a member about 5 years. They helped me make some dreams come true!! They are always watching out for my best interest! Just an Amazing group of people!! They noticed I was running a little late with a payment,,and reached out. After a very brief discussion, Dana, found a couple ways to help me out!! At no costs to me!! And in a few minutes,, my financial problem was history!! One day, I would Love to buy Lunch for the entire Team, as soon as I can afford it!! And I'm confident,,as a member, that day is Coming!! Thanks guys!! You are answered prayers!!
