Great People to deal with, Fast and friendly with great communication. The team took care of all my needs and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I Highly recommend CVCU if your are looking for that Hometown feel and friendly staff. AAA+++

The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem I see is that it took me close to an hour to just open an account and purchase a CD. It would help someone who doesn't know what to do to have a designated person to answer questions for them at a specific place as they walk in. Not to have to wait in a long line just to be told to have a seat, someone will help them when available. The building is beautiful and the people very knowledgeable. Thanks for asking...

My mother has been a customer for a few years here and has had a numerous incidents the latest resulted in her closing her account she recently had a close family friend pass away and her along with his cousin were trying to get his account closed they brought all the documents required and were told they couldn't accept them after being told on the phone specifically what documents were required as they were leaving the bank the bank tellers were laughing in my opinion that's not very professional to laugh at anyone who just lost a dear friend very disappointed.
