I'm so glad to be a member of GP Federal Credit Union! They are one of the few banks left that treat you like a real person and not a number. I recently refinanced my auto loan with them and the process was so smooth and easy. Rose was amazing!

My experience with Branch Supervisor Courtney Simpson was exceptional! She was very professional and efficient. Communicating with her was clear and she made feel very valued. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit GP Federal at Summerville.

Since merging with CU1 I've had nothing but problems trying to log in to online banking. Others have told me the same thing. If this doesn't get straighten out, I'll be changing Credit Unions.

GP Federal Credit Union has been such a pleasure to work with. I needed a new car loan and the entire process was so effortless. The service with the branch over the phone, and email (especially Stephanie) was great and they were extremely friendly. I'll be bringing as much of my business here as possible!

Coming into a new loan whether refinancing or trading in my vehicle (did both!) is not an easy thing for me as I stress about my credit being ran to many times or just not having a good experience during the process. This most of the times just comes down to the person on the other end of the line. In that case that person was Stephanie Evans. No matter how annoying my questions may have been (because I double and triple check everything) she was courteous and very informative. I honestly don’t believe I would have moved forward with the refinance, new vehicle purchase, or new cc if she didn’t receive my call regarding all of my questions. Through the complete process she was on point and quick with responses! Even called me right back IF she didn’t pick up. She also help a few associates of mine and they just loved her customer service and overall knowledge. So if they didn’t send in a review you know there are at least 2 more 5 stars that you can keep in mind. This seems to be a great credit union and I am excited to continue to do business with them moving forward.
