This tour was one of the best and most informative I have ever been on in all my 74 years. My wife and I enjoyed it and learned so much. Our guide Derrick was fantastic.

Incredible tour by the Assistant Minister, I believe his name is Derek. It was engaging, informational and we learned so much about the history of Savannah and the enslaved people. They are a church that truly practices what they preach, focusing on kindness, acceptance, love and community. They run programs that support veterans, provide rehabilitation for people struggling with homelessness, mental health, and who have been recently released from prison. Do not miss this tour, it's an important part of African American history and you will be directly supporting the Savannah community.

What an awesome tour. The family and I really enjoy all the history that this places holds. The pastor was quite nice and extremely knowledgeable about the history of those who saw the vision for this church. Please, if you are in Savannah don’t miss this one!

Go on the 1:00 tour with Ms Karen. She gave an excellent talk and tour. Worth the $15. Our favorite thing in Savannah so far.

We had a great experience and highly recommend coming here to learn the deep history and not just of the church but of our history. The reverend that gave us the tour was exceptional and you know he is passionate about the history, the congregation and his church. Proceeds from the tickets go directly to helping the community and those in we’d.
