One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I had canceled an account with them but they continued to leave it open and then took the entire balance from what was supposed to be a savings account for so-called dormant fees. This is after years of being a member with them. I guess they are finding ways to have customers make up for the cost of their brand new building. I will NEVER do business with them again and highly recommend that you don't either if you want to keep your money!

I am never disappointed when I come in or go through the window. Each and every one of these lovely workers r eager to help. For instance one day I walked in and I wasn't in a very good mood until I seen all 3 tellers trying to coax me to their window. I felt so special tht I had forgotten why I was feeling the way I was.

Someone was taken off acct yrs ago and all of a sudden popped back up on acct. Was told when called that acct would have to be closed and open a new acct. So today closed the acct and then was told would have to wait 6 months to reopen an acct. She never asked why acct was being closed just had a paper to fill out asking why. Would have been important to have known that what one person said was a lie. Would not recommend this bank at all.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with! First they charged us 10$ to reset a PIN number for debit cards that were not set up right when we opened the account. We have a car loan through them now and we are trying to refinance with someone else, they wouldn’t give the other bank the payoff. So I called they said they could only fax the information, or have a loan specialist call us back. That was last week! I called them literally 15 times and got hung up on once. We are still trying to get the payoff!!

Teller staff at window and inside are very friendly and professional! My only complaint is sometimes you can call for days and don’t get a response or returned call. I filled out an application for a loan over a week ago and still haven’t heard from the representative to finish it. I have experienced this more than once. When this has happened before I had to reach out to the Lavonia location and they are always very responsive! I have literally had to do loans with the Lavonia and have them send the paperwork to the Toccoa branch. I was looking at to see what requirements are needed for a mortgage loan. When I called to discuss this with the Toccoa Loan Rep, we discussed filling it out and getting an idea what I needed to do to get ready or what price range I would approve for. And still have heard nothing.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
