We have been doing loans with Drew for several years now. Always friendly and courteous. Denetra and Cali expedited our paperwork fast. Recommend them highly

My experience with Denetra Summerlin over the past few days at the Goenergy branch in Hiram was more than exceptional. It was priceless. Denetra was very patient, humble and professional. She had all my questions answered. She was always a phone call or a text message away. I have never had this over the phone experience with any other institution. I opened up a savings account with GoEnergy Financial about 7 or eight years ago. I only put a small amount and to be honest. I had forgotten about it until 2024. I received a call from a very nice woman named Ashley letting me know that if the funds weren’t claimed that it would go to the US treasure or something like that. I normally would’ve just hung up the phone or thought it was some sort of scam, but the kindness and genuine personality of this individual stood out to me so I listened. I decided to keep my money in there and also to open a checking account. I love the fact that I can call and speak to a person, but the best thing ever happened to me, and that was Denetra. I had gotten myself into a financial bind and signed up for a loan with one of those title loans where they take your car if you don’t pay absurd amounts of money. From the first time I spoke with Denetra she made me feel like she was a longtime friend and that she understood what I was going through and she was so relatable and is so relatable and so very good at her job and I imagine just an all-around amazing woman. She didn’t sound forceful in anyway, but she’s strongly encouraged me to get out from under that title loan company that I will not name. And it wasn’t because she was trying to get some type of commission or something out of it. It was as though it truly bothered her that I was in that type of situation!!! Denetra explained everything to perfection. That was around the time that Atlanta had snow and also holidays so we did have to play phone tag some. lol. Denetra called when she said that she would and never once made me feel like I was getting the “run around “ if you know what I mean. I truly believe anyone else especially at a different institution would have blown me off or denied me. I will forever be grateful for her. Not just because she got me a loan But because she cares. I would recommend Denetra and GoFinacial to everyone. It doesn’t matter what the questions are you will get an answer from a friendly person. I do have to mention that I made a comment to her that everyone that I had spoken to was very nice and her response was yes we are like a big family here or I should say a big small family here or small big family whatever you wanna say lol. I could write on four days on the relief I felt in the gratitude I have for Denetra, but I won’t put the readers of this through that. I will just say that I will now be using go financial institution for all of my banking needs my business, my personal, and anything else that may come along!! If you don’t believe me, just call for yourself and I guarantee anyone you talk to will be very nice to you and treat you like a customer should be treated and like a human should be treated When it comes to stars. I give Denetra and the staff at go financial institution 1 million stars Thanks so much Douglas Murphy

All I can say is AWESOME PEOPLE! Lisa Colon, Denetra Summerlin, Pam and anyone I have not mentioned such as the underwriters. You guys are quick and efficient. I have been a member for many many years and Lisa answered the call found my information and went to work. I then got a call from Denetra taking over the loan application that Lisa wrote up. They were both very sweet and professional. They said I was approved by the afternoon the same day I called. wow! A local credit union where I live now does not even come close to the professionalism and kindness you guys have. years ago I had a loan and Dawn was the one who took care of me. You guys have not changed and I am glad to have kept this company. I am glad to be a part of a company that truly cares. Again, kudos to GoEnergy and their staff.
