Avoid this credit union at all cost. Got a car loan through them. The payment system is abysmal. Can't make a payment at all. Call customer service and you get a smug/rude representative that all but calls you stupid. Asked if he could assist in making the payment. No they can only take late payment. Worse customer experience ever.

Absolutely horrendous to deal with. Have “lost” my car loan and no one can seem to help me. Have tried to set up online banking SIX TIMES and every time has ended in failure and no one cares. I have financed over 10 vehicles with the Credit Union of Georgia and they have lost my business forever, if I wasn’t planning on selling the car at the end of the year I would refinance to get away from them. Avoid at all costs!!!

My husband and I visited our local branch of Credit Union of Georgia today and were assisted by the Assistant Branch Manager, Linda Rainwater, who provided excellent service. She explained all the banking options and answered all our questions with great clarity and care.

I had a great experience completing a vehicle re-fi with Credit Union of Ga! Linda Rainwater from the Town Lake, Woodstock branch was my loan officer and she was a pleasure to work with. She made things so easy and painless! I only needed to go into the branch one time and all else was done via email and phone. It made it super easy as my work days are so unpredictable! I would recommend CU of Ga and Linda any time!! Thank you!

Would not recommend. Told I was approved in an email only to be told the next day I wasn’t. Yes I kept the email for proof. No reasonable explanation as to why they changed their mind.
