Look at all of the 1 star reviews! Wake up people. A $30 charge to close my account? This business is a joke! The bank didn’t even do anything for me! Horribly inconvenient location. No convenient ATMs. No service of any kind to speak of. Stop putting money in banks. No one needs to pay a thieving institution to hold their money when they can do so themselves. Businesses that take money without doing anything for their customers deserve to go bankrupt.

Don't walk on the sidewalk near their parking lot after they close as employees may run you over in their cars as they come out. EVERY time I walk by, employees come out without looking and/or stopping FIRST, or go against their own one way signs and come out the wrong way. Or they see you and just block the whole damned SIDEWALK. You dummies need to think about bicyclists and pedestrians. It's gotten so bad that I pulled my account a couple years ago. Do you want your CU to go the way of the dinosaurs? I mean, you can get a 4% APY free American Express savings online, with no withdrawal limits or penalties, and no minimum term. Maybe you should all act better inside and outside of the business if you wish to retain customers. Don't let your carelessness turn into an eventual negligent homicide when you run someone over

I want to give 0 or 1/2 star. The worker was very nice but....Worst bank policy to date. Walked in to cash a check that a member paid me with. Bank said they need to call the member and verify the check. Member did not answer and was told they can't cash my check until he verify, so I can sit and wait till he calls back or I can call him on my own. Needless to say I waited 10 minutes to finally cash the checks to get my money. I have never had to do this at any bank that's name is on personal checks issued to a non member.

There was a bad check that was deposited in my account and my account was overdrawn. The bank tellers instead of helping me find out how this happened or who did this was very rude and unprofessional most especially Krizel. Shame on you!! The tellers were not even accommodating my calls i was calling using my number straight to voicemail but when i use another number they have picked up the call right away.

Phone Etiquette is very poor. Especially from someone who answers the phone by saying "hello" multiple of times instead of starting with an introduction with EACH call being picked up. Employees, New/Old need to be retrained on how to better handle situations and services better instead of transferring calls to different employees. Some employees esp. "Melissa" needs to learn what the member is asking for and how she could be of service instead of cutting the member off by transferring it to someone else. That is VERY irritating. Ever since Queens merged with Hawaii Central, things have been going downhill. I thought things would have been better especially more shared branching locations but it is ALWAYS hard to get the help and service that you deserve. Isabella is the branch Manager she made the situation a smooth sail especially the way she speaks and handles situations, they're very LUCKY to have her. Other than that, when I do go out mid morning to get a bite to eat or online shopping MOST times my card gets declined because their servers are always UPDATING... which is really ridiculous. All these problems NEED to be fixed.
