Customer service sucks can’t resolve anything. Call them and four different people send me to the main menu. Then when I get someone they tell me I am going to have to wait 24 hours. Funny they take what they are owed right away but stingy with money that’s not even theirs o begin with.

Alicia helped us big time with our auto loan. With our growing family, she helped us get a bigger vehicle and my spouse's dream car. Definitely the best loan officer we've ever worked with before. Appreciate you always Alicia T.

I am blown away how terrible of an institution this is. I went online to pay this month's bill and I saw I accidently missed making my CC payment last month. So I went to pay the balance and it told me my account was disabled due to "delinquency." So, instead of making it easy to get paid, they restrict your account so you can't pay it online like normal. Instead, they make you call in which of course goes to a call center who isn't capable of helping answer my questions or make a payment for me. They too said their system can't make the payment because the account says it's delinquent, and that I would have to wait for a call from a "specialist." So, the specialist calls and I just missed them. They left a voicemail, but thanks to their incompetence, they failed to leave their name or phone number to contact them directly. So I called in again only to be transferred and the call dropped, to call again only to wait for 15 minutes until I had to go through explaining everything again only to be transferred again. I am now 1 hr and 45 min into trying to pay a bill.... all because for some reason they want to cut you off from being able to simply pay online just as I have been for the last 3 years. DUMBEST POLICY OF ALL TIME. Do not bring your business here.

I walked into this bank in Kahului after having done business at Maui federal credit union for decades. Was hoping to open a bank account for a new LLC. I had all of my documents in order and called to make an appointment. After making sure I had everything I drove to town from Kihei for this one task. And after looking at my paperwork I was told I can’t open the account without all of the members of the LLC being present. I asked why I wasn’t told that over the phone? The answer was because the call center staff are all new. I responded that doesn’t really instill too much confidence in banking with you guys and her response was “well you have other options”. I thought she was going to give me other options of how I could still do business with them but nope she handed me back my papers and told me I can go to a different bank. As a business owner I’d never end a conversation like that with a prospective customer.

Worst loan department. Had an appointment, filled out paperwork online, signed in and still took person who came into bank after me. 1/2 an hour later still no one helped me. They didn’t correct previous client to notify them that they may have misheard their name and continued to process their application. Not only did the person who they allowed to cut in front of me walked in after me, they signed in after me and DID NOT have an appointment! I did say something about this and they continued to process and said I’d be next but why take appointments if it not honored or worst, taking people who signs and checks in after. CCruz along with the rest of loan department needs retraining. I withdrew all my funds to bank with a credit union who knows how to deal with customers.
