Brand new location, very friendly tellers and branch workers. I don't really like the palm scanner so I'll just stick to my Debit Card for transactions

Despicable. I opened a business account and specifically asked if I could deposit checks remotely using their app. They said YES. This wasn’t the truth and for 8 years EVERY TIME I asked they would say ‘yes they are working on that, it’s coming soon’. That was a LIE. Now in the past 2 years they have shut down or moved locations WITHOUT notifying their customers. So I keep driving to new locations to find ATMs where I can deposit my checks. I’ve called twice because the ATMs are not working and when I called right now their support couldn’t even tell me which ATMs were working but expected me to drive around to find out myself. Seriously?!? Worse bank I’ve ever had.

Worst bank ever don’t do any business with this bank. They have no customer service. Everything is done on a damn machine. Their system is horrendous. I have never had soo much trouble with a bank as these guys. I will definitely be switching banks and will tell everyone looking for a bank not to bank here.

I want to like this bank, but their entire process and approach to customer service has been nothing but horrendous.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
