AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was locked out of my account and had a lot of basic questions. MARK helped me out and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Aloha spirit all the way. Staff are very helpful and friendly, including Uncle Security Guard. Christmas trees are very nicely done. Their free validated parking is safe and secure.

Still my favorite credit union. Never got treated like dirt here compared to a bank. I still can't believe the bank told me I have to buy the car first before they give me a loan for the car. Switched to this credit union and they were happy to give me a loan for the car.

I walked in late in the afternoon yesterday to payoff my auto loan with a new buyer. The gentleman at the front desk was able to assist us without an appointment. Also, Thanks to Ms. Judi for notarizing the bill of sale and for making it a seamless process. Thank you very much!! Mahalo!!
