I am highly disappointed in the way one of their customer service representatives handle their clientele. Rene was rude and just outright unprofessional. Do not ask for her. She doesn’t need to work in an environment that calls for hospitality. First off she already came off rude to my brother in law as well as yelled across the room trying interpret what she was trying to communicate. Getting louder doesn’t make anyone interpret what you’re communicating any clearer. I don’t understand how she still has a job at an institution that caters to our trust with our personal information. She is prejudiced, racist, and outright unprofessional. Coming from a diverse demographic, she should know her job description includes empathizing with her customers. The staff was very helpful with our concerns, however placing her on their payroll is the biggest mistake. From the beginning to the end of our interaction, she left a bad impression. Rene isn’t and shouldn’t be the person you want to approach when trusting this institution with your business. I am a strong believer in actions speak louder than words, because I can say all I want about Rene, but will any disciplinary actions be considered?

I've been a member for over 45 years. (time flies!) Even after moving to the mainland 4 years ago I kept my account. I have always been treated like family, and service has been consistantly phenominal. Last week I was the victim of an incrededibly elaborate phishing scam, and my debit card was compromised. As soon as I became aware of unauthorized charges I locked my account and called. "Auntie" Mita was extraordinarily helpful, giving me step by step guidance on what to do and who to call. She contacted me several times to confirm and follow through on my progress. In less than a week my losses were recovered. I cannot be more grateful for during a very stressful situation. My Eternal Thanks and Aloha!
