I would like to formally commend Nick for his exceptional assistance in completing my HELOC for the second time. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional. He guided the entire process with clarity and care, making it smooth and stress-free from start to finish. His expertise, combined with his approachable manner, made the experience both reassuring and seamless. Thank you for having such a dedicated and outstanding team member. They charged me to have my new credit card sent there to assure security, then instead of sending it to my local branch they sent it to another town that I do not live in. The manager needs training in customer service, the tellers were great though.
