I love all the tellers at this Credit Union...Wendy personal called me to let me know u had insufficient funds for a transactions to go through. She asked if I could come in asap to deposit sufficient funds so I would not be charged over draft fees. I have been with them for almost 2 yrs... I started as a stranger and now I am address by name every time I come in..5 star customer service!!

Been depositing checks from my employer for over three years but when I went in there to deposit my check in my street clothes told me I would not be able to access my funds for a few days and if I wanted to access my funds, I needed to go cash my check with the check issue

Every employee at KFCU is so accommodating and sweet. They almost all know you by name and are very helpful. I've never encountered a negative experience.
