You CAN’T deposit at the ATM. So I went inside to deposit my check and they said it’ll take up to 8 business days. Obviously, I have no choice so I just let them take the check. 5mins later they call to say they can’t deposit the check because there isn’t any signature! Now I have to go back and take the check back. This bank sucks!

They don’t know what they’re doing!!! I’ve been trying to order from amazon and this bank keeps declining my payment and not allowing it to go through. My friends that also bank with them seem to be having the same issue. You guys need to get it together and call your members to ask them whether or not we are purchasing items before you decline it! It’s ridiculous that I can’t simply shop online. Definitely need to switch banks soon smh.

I've been with FCU since 1981, when I first worked for Maui Pineapple Company during the Summer. The staff is awesome and they have been very helpful with my banking and personal loans. Recently, I recommended my Mom to open an account in which she did!
