I have banked with Valley Isle for over 5 years and stuck with them even though they have no ATM's and about another 4-5 major issues. However their customer service is what all kept me here until today. When first came in the building it was 2:45 pm. I was told the manager was on breakbyt would be back in 15 min. I said no problem I will speak with a moans officer while I wait. After 25 min she said that she would go check to see if the Bank manager was back from lunch. She asked me to continue to wait in the lobby where I waited another 40 min. I'm unsure of how long lunch breaks are but this has definitely broken any faith I had left in this small Credit Union. I will be changing banks as soon as their 13 DAY HOLD on my check ENDS!!

I’ve been going there for almost 7 years, my parents have had accounts there for more than 10 years, but Pam, at the Kahului branch, you suck. You’re not accommodating. She doesn’t take time to know her customers or create a relationship. You’re disrespectful and I hope you know you’re the reason the bank lost me👍🏽

Awful bank. Lady had no clue what she was doing with the auto loan and at the end we are getting charged 3k for something she didn't even explain. Never doing business with them again

They are very nice and fast. Great interest rates and it's super cool on their cash advancement procedure
