After months and months of battling with them over some "bad address" surcharge I closed my account. I made it right the first time and bit the 50$ bullet and said if the mail to my apartment is getting returned then stop sending mail and opted out of mailing services as they suggested it was a postal service issue. They then continued to rack up a bad address surcharge for months after me explicitly telling them it is out of my control. There was a 40$ balance from their fees and charges exclusively from a "bad address" that I was unable to remedy. They sent that $40 to collections, and I have filed a complaint through BBB and the credit bureaus. Save yourself from this scamming cash grab of an establishment and just get a chime card. No holds on money, get paid faster, zero fees for anything, let's you overdraft $400 for free. I'd give this place negative stars if I could.

Teresa was really patient and helpful being our notary for our three documents. And the service they offer is very affordable ($5 per document). They offer this even if you’re not a customer. Suggestion call and make an appointment in advance!

BY FAR the worst institution I have ever been involved with. They literally list no phone numbers to get direct help from the bank because they outsource to a call center, who of course has been no help because of their limited access. I have now reached out a total of 13 times trying to make a simple CC payment, and invested 2 hours and 43 minutes of my time doing so (1 hour and 23 min of this was me put on hold in one sitting...). I am no longer living on the island (so I can't simply go in) and my only relation I have with this bank is the CC debt I have been paying off. I innocently forgot to pay one month of my credit card, and they immediately put my account into delinquency. I received no phone calls from them before they put the account into delinquency like any other institution would do. This is also the first time I forgot to make a payment in my 5 years having the account. So, I went to my online account to make the payment, but if you can believe it, they restricted my account and make it impossible to make the payment online as I have done so for years. I am forced to call and of course the call center is completely unable to help me because they also show the account is delinquent and they too are restricted. In order to get this resolved, I would need to speak with a "specialist" apparently from the institution and not from the call center. I have now left 5 different ticket requests for this specialist to call me, and have not received any call backs but one time. This time she said she made the payment as requested and that a manager would call to explain to me why they make it impossible to make a payment online after only 30 days for not making a payment, and for the first time in my tenure with the organization. However, I have yet to receive a call back of course AND the payment she said she processed never happened! I am STILL delinquent even though I have made more than enough and reasonable efforts in trying to make this payment and get some kind of customer service. I am 2 weeks into this frustrating and time consuming circus show with still no resolution or managerial assistance. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION. Avoid it at all costs.

So awesome! I bank here regularly and have had no problems! Also can get discounted movie tickets as a credit union member, which is a big plus. The tellers are very friendly, and have helped me lots! Thank you for over 10 years of service

The new call center has ruined this credit union. This credit union used to be great but it has gone down hill over the last few years. I have had so many issues lately that I needed to change to a larger bank. First issue I had was a credit card dispute which I am still working on from November 2022 where I was double charged and the merchant closed shop and disconnected everything. Card services has no information to use from the credit union and keeps denying my dispute. I have made 8-10 calls between card services and the credit union and as of 3/8/23 has yet to be resolved. The second issue I had was receiving a new credit card due to the chip not working correctly. My card was going to expire soon so I asked for a new card with a later expiration date and new chip. I was told that the new card would have a later expiration date. I paid for the expedited shipping and I ended up receiving the same card with expiration date. So another couple phone calls to the call center and I was able to get my expedited shipping charge refunded. The third issue I am now dealing with is getting my scorecard rewards points to update on my account. I haven't been receiving any points when I use my credit card for the last month or two. I've left numerous call center requests trying to resolve these issues and I am about to give up completely. It shouldn't be this hard to use a credit union or get things fixed. I have been a member at this credit union since 2008 and will be moving on to a new bank/credit union who has better service and can actually resolve issues.
