Worst banking experience ever. I cannot log into my account via the mobile app. Facial recognition constantly disabled. Try to login using my password- failed. Reset my password- can’t get past the confirmation code. It constantly reads unable to verify account. Total waste of my time.

I stopped by this branch today to withdraw money from their ATM and had a very 1-Star Experience. This branch charges Excessive ATM Fees of $4.50 for a credit union that promotes community-focused banking. I then went inside the branch to exchange the $20 bill for larger denominations and they would not assist me because I'm not a member. I informed them they just charged me $4.50 to withdraw money and the least they could do was exchange my denominations. They continued to refuse and couldn't provide a clear explanation as to why this is their policy. My experience suggests a broader issue with KFCU's approach to customer service and transparency. Policies that affect both members and non-members should be clearly communicated and consistently applied. The inability of staff to provide a reason for denying a simple service raises questions about internal training and customer service standards.

This bank has really gone downhill in the past couple years from closing locations, discontinuing being open on Saturday, they even close from 1 o’clock to 2 o’clock at one of their locations so they can take lunch. It is nearly impossible to talk to a teller on the phone. Their telephone/automated service is terrible . Every interaction I have at the bank takes at least 15 to 20 minutes, majority of the time there is only one to two tellers helping customers while having a big line of customers waiting to be helped. The tellers overall are nice but have zero sense of urgency to help the customers. It’s a shame I’ve been with this bank for 20+ years but I’m going to switch to a different credit union in the very near future… Very disappointing

Worst fing bank you could deal with for a car loan. They make everything overly difficult and never answer the damn phone. They threat to charge me 8839 for insurance because my deductible is $1000 instead of $500. Like why the hell do you care what i pay if damn happens to my car. I have full coverage and two gap insurances. GO ELSEWHERE they suck and so does their customer service.

Truly terrible. Applied for a HELOC that took over a month for a reply. They don’t answer calls or emails. When they did reply they just said I didn’t qualify and didn’t have the decency to walk me through why? No call backs no emails. I am fortunate enough to make over six figures and have a FICO score of over 800 and you’re telling me I don’t qualify for anything? This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever. These people should just shut down instead of wasting peoples time like this. DO BANK HERE.
