ATM is always out of service. Annoying to drive there during my few days off to deposit a check only to have it never be able to deposit cause the ATM is out (in Lihue and Kapaa!) Don't even get me started on the problems I've had paying bills online. 03/09/23 Regarding your note below. I just tried (again on my day off- Sunday) this passed weekend to deposit a check at Kapa’a- your atm is NOT fixed because could not do that, again. Just saying.

Worst customer service of any Bank ever. I moved away from me island my account was overcharged nobody ever called me but they said they did but I've had the same number for years and trust me nobody ever called.I checked my credit report and find out I have a small bill of $57 so I do the right thing and I pay it. The bank took the money out of my account twice. And then refused to return the money and say they only took the money once and the funny thing was the lady was super nice to me and then out of the blue asked me if I was still on the island and when I said no she abruptly put the call on hold asked for a manager and then all the sudden did not want to help me when she returned explain to me that they only had one record of the transaction I provided my bank statement showing both records of the transaction but yet the bank still refuses to return my money even though they took it two times out of my account when I did not even owe the money to the bank in the first place warning to all white people do not move to this island these people are racist stay away

Was on vacation to Kauai in October 2019. I went through their ATM as they are part of the COOP ATM Network. It asked if I wanted $300 in $20 or $5 bill increments. I selected $20, the machine gave me $300 in $5's. I went inside and explained what happened and the teller told me that unless I was a member they would not exchange the money. She was very uncaring and did not try very hard to help me out.
