Schofield Credit Union is by far the best bank I have ever worked with! I’ve had multiple car loans with them, and their customer service is exceptional. Being a small bank, they truly prioritize their customers and make everything easy. They're incredibly military-friendly, too. A special shoutout to Laureen, Cheryl, and the rest of the amazing staff—they're all fantastic!

Greetings! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! to leadership and management. I would like to inform you that you have a great team and staff in your facilities. I just recently became a member of Schofield Federal Credit Union. I came in to open a new account and I was impressed the service that I received from Ms. Jeana, Ms. Mikie and Ms. Lorriene they provided me superb customer service, very professional, and customer service-oriented. Great job! Thank you for service.

They are a small cu bank located near the main PX in Schofield Barracks. A good place to get auto loans as the rates I got were very competitive. I got two auto loans from them (2014 & 2023) for new autos. Talk to Laureen for the auto loan. She helped and worked with me back in 2014, and again in 2023. Thank you.

As a member for 5 years, I can confirm that this is a fine establishment, I have never had any issues. The only downside (if you could call it that) is it's size. For example, certain budget apps such as ynab can link to your bank account, but this place is too seemingly too small for that to be readily available. This is a minor nitpick. The app is very good in my opinion, and besides a couple of glitches over the years I can't complain. Seriously polite staff, seems like we have a couple of salty reviews.

Worse bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Ridiculous policies! Extremely rude loan department! Always wondering what you're spending YOUR OWN money on! Always locking your card for nooo reason!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
