We were very happy with the help from Cheynne. She was very professional and very knowledgeable in the process.. We ran into a small mix up but that was my fault, and with her help we got it corrected and the loan completed. I would definitely recommend her and Pearl Hawaii to my family and friends. I reached out to Pearl Hawaii Federal Credit Union to inquire about services and products they offer. As a federal employee, during a time of uncertainty, I wanted to ensure I knew what options and services were available at our bank. It was a complete pleasure to work Braeden O. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ease all concerns that I had. His positive attitude made my experience easy and enjoyable. It's so nice to know there are still people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Braden!

For over a month I’ve been having trouble getting past the Pearl Hawaii FCU 2-factor authentication webpage. I contacted PHFCU through their customer email address and explained my problem to Sheri with email and over the phone. I was also in contact with HawTel IT techs and supervisor who tried to troubleshoot the problem on their end. Sheri was instrumental in conversing with the PHFCU vendor providing the 2-factor authentication system so I could pass pertinent information back to the HawTel technicians. After HawTel’s troubleshooting process they determined that the 2-factor signal wasn’t being received from the vendor’s system (the PHFCU vendor previously said their system was sending the 2-factor authentication signal). I was frustrated as both HawTel and the PHFCU vendor claimed their systems weren’t at fault. At that point I asked Sheri if she could just turn off the 2-factor authentication process so I could access my accounts on line. But Sheri didn’t give up and she found a work around so I could negotiate the 2-factor authentication page by replacing the phone call requirement and adding an email option to get my security code. In my ordeal Sheri was very patient, knowledgeable and always professional as she worked through the problem. NOTE: I have the same problem with another FCU using the same vendor. They also couldn’t fix the problem. But they also couldn't provided a work around like Sheri did for me at PHFCU. I’m very grateful for Sheri’s diligence and persistence in solving my 2-factor authentication problem. Thank you from a very satisfied customer, Jon

I’ve been a member with Pearl Hawaii since 2021, and every interaction I’ve had has been smooth, friendly, and overall amazing — from Ed to every person who picked up the phone to assist me ! I call in every month to make my auto loan payment, and this month I was assisted by Shanena — she was kind, professional, and walked me through the process just as smoothly as always. She even took the time to ask if there was anything else she could help me with before ending the call. Pearl Hawaii has been nothing short of wonderful over the past four years, and I truly appreciate the consistent customer service and care they provide!!
