This is a very unique style of credit union. As per its name they exist for people in the grocery business. I was taking pic outside and the manager came out wondering what t I was doing there. Told him I was doing google reviews and he became like a friend. I asked him what kind of credit union this was. He told me they use to be with Albertsons and later they added Winco employees as well. Very unique type of credit union.

Easy process. Filled out application on my app for pre approval on an auto loan. Received pre approval and began searching for a vehicle. Found my vehicle, called bank, and they handled the rest. Picked up my vehicle! It was that simple! Jennifer made it very easy for me!

This was my first time dealing with a credit union. I wanted to get their credit card so I sent an email and the amazing service started from there. Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. They got my card sent out in the mail in a very fast time frame. They even helped me with some issues that were on my end. They also sent me a nice welcome packet with some goodies/info which makes me feel really good about their business. I highly recommend TruGrocer!
