A pleasure doing business with. Its nice to show up at the window and ask to make a deposit and they already know who you are. I love their online banking. Was so easy to get a loan. (Same day)

Avoid, run the other direction if you dont live in the area. Just asked one of their employees to close down my account and pay off my loan through them. They charged my debit card the full amount of the loan then proceeded to give me my old address(i asked for the change of address form 3 months ago) then gave me the wrong email address and told me i would have to wait for them to send me the form then wait again for them to cut me a check and mail it off.

I was a member of Pinetree CFCU for over twenty years, which I loved. The merge with CCFCU totally changed everything. What is left of the original staff is the only good thing about it. Not only myself, but many others have had loans with PFCCU with no issues, but have been turned down now that it's CCFCU. Which has resulted in closing out accounts and moving on. I also do not like the change in online banking. 😖

We were approved through a home loan with a major mortgage lender but were waiting over a month for an appraisal. With no hope of closing anytime soon, we got tired of waiting and switched to the credit union. I'm so glad we did. They worked with our situation and we were able to close in 2 or 3 weeks. Customer service is top notch. They couldn't have made it easier for 1st time home buyers.

While trying to open an HSA account as required by my employer, the teller rejected four separate documents proving my address, and never mentioned they would be pulling my credit report. I only learned of the latter after I left the office, when emails from my credit monitoring service notified me of their actions.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
