I went in today wanting to get some money orders. I stated specifically what I wanted. The teller seemed to feel the need to ask me if I wanted a cashier check instead. I reiterated what I wanted. I was then told I could not get what I wanted because the amount was too large. I then had to re-re-explain what I wanted and then had to clarify how to make it possible to the person who's job it is to know how to what I already asked. She finally understood what I wanted and that I what I originally asked for was exactly what I wanted. She proceeded to asked about my morning, my day and my previous night. I don't know this person. So I had to remind her that I am here to compete a task and not indulge her with my personal life story. All in all she needs to understand that her job is to do as I ask within the boundaries of her job and it is not my responsibility to offer information on my personal life. I would prefer if the tellers here would keep things about business and adhere to the customers request from the start. Also why do you only have women working here? I am sick of interacting with ignorant needy females. I can't wait for the day that AI takes their jobs.

I very much enjoyed working with your staff. They were courteous and focused. I will use Frontier again should the need arise. We will make our deposits there as well. Darwin McKay

This place does not work with you. I made a payment in October. Called told them I was going to be late on Nov. Payment. Received a RE-PO letter stating I haven't paid in SEVERAL MONTHS. I had verification on October payment. Check#.confimation#. Beth the supervisor told me NO. NEVER RECEIVED. MADE ME PAY CLOSE TO 1300.00 TO GET RE-PO OFF. Which on letter it stated 544.00. I asked for break down in all fees. Balance left on vehicle. They did not provide it. Don't go to FRONTIER. THEY SCAM YOU. they can be nice, but they scam you. Beth would not take a look or copies of my proof!

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with!!!! How in the heck, is my loan “payoff” amount the total principal left + ALL OF THE INTEREST + a processing fee???? NO OTHER BANK I have ever dealt with has pulled that crap. Including the one that “lost” over $200k in interest when I paid off my house early. I will never work with FCU ever again and I will NEVER recommend FCU to anyone for anything!!! You guys seriously need to go out of business.
